Returns and Live Arrival Guarantee
Returns on Livestock may not be possible as we wouldn't want to put an animals health at risk. Though this may be considered. Refunds on individual DOA are only possible with video or picture proof of them at anytime during the first 24 hour period after delivery.
We are not responsible for any damages caused through shipping. If this occurs, contact your local Royal Mail Office if an item arrives damaged. In the case of Livestock, DOA, let us know ASAP so a refund or replacement can be arranged.
Shipping & Payment
We Ship all Livestock and Live Food via the Post Office every Monday (to arrive Tuesday) and Wednesday (to arrive Thursday.) Postage on ALL Invertebrate related ITEMS is at a fixed rate of £10.00 & FREE Shipping on ALL Toys. We accept PayPal, Debit and Credit Cards.
